Various Thoughts - Updated to Answer Truth or Dare Questions
***Last updated 10/10 @ 3:00 EST***

This weekend GTL and I were supposed to go to the movies to see Jackass 2 and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. But since it rained Friday and Saturday, I opted to stay in the house instead.

Friday night, we sat up talking and drinking and just getting to know each other a little better… I swear.. you never really know a person and these little sessions are great for our relationship… helps to clear up any misunderstandings that we may have. And they always end well. ;-P

Saturday we began our X-Men Marathon. I seen the first one in bits and pieces and really didn’t really remember much about the movie. I never saw the other two. We got through the first two, but they are a little long and since I had to work this morning, we decided to save the third one for tonight.

When I get off, I’m going home to wash my hair. Then I’ll be headed to my grandmother’s because she is cooking dinner just for me :-) The past few years she has always been out of town on my birthday and I let her know I was feeling neglected, so to make up for it, she’s cooking me my favorite: Bar-B-Q Spare ribs, collard greens, and baked macaroni and cheese. I can’t wait!!! So as long as I don’t catch the “itis" too bad… X-men three will get watched tonight. Which means, I will probably miss Cold Case and Without a Trace, but I’ll live.

It so sucks that I have to work tomorrow. The company that my job has a contract with is a government job and they are closed… but for some strange reason, we have to go in. But whatever. I got a lot of homework done today, and probably will get a lot more done tomorrow as well. Two more weeks in the stupid class, then I will begin another. I think I like the new class already, because unlike my current teacher, my book requirements and 1st weeks assignment is posted in enough time prior to the class beginning and I also received an email letting me know that it was there. Seems like this class is nice and organized and I need structure!!

So there is this game of Truth or Dare going around the blogworld. I was going to stay away, but T. Cas asked me to joined, so I said why not? I’m not going to post the rules, because damn near all of the bloggers that I read and/or read me are playing it. I chose truth. He could tell by my last post that I’m a drinker, so he asked me what was my most embarrassing moment when I was drunk. I thought long and hard about this one…. (I was about to say I’ve never been embarrassed while I was drunk – because I really couldn’t think of a time, but it just hit me!!)

Two Labor Days ago… I went out with TE and her now ex-roommate. When I first met her & her ex-roommate and they invited me out with them to party down Club One cause GTL told them how now that I was back from undergrad, the friends that I had in Baltimore, all had kids and I really didn’t have anybody to party with. Her ex-roommate was telling me how all they do when they go out is drink and dance all night long. Cool! Cause that’s me all of the way. I like to drink a lot before I leave so by time I get to the club I’m already drunk, or I need just one more drink to get me there and by time I leave, from all that dancing, I’m sober again. So I get to their house, they made some sort of concoction that I “just had to try” on top of what I had already had in me. So needless to say, I was wasted. We gets to the club, we’re partying for like 20-30 minutes… I’m like, these girls are cool. I can really party with them. THEN… the ex-roommate feet start to hurt and she wants to go down a level to sit down for a while. That while turned into the rest of the night. So I’m wasted just sitting down and the liquor is taking it’s toll on me. We leave and while in the car on the way back. TE is balling on 695. I started getting nauseous. I asked her to pull over, she didn’t hear me. I asked her again a little louder. By the time she pulled over to the shoulder, it was too late. I had already threw up on myself. I didn’t want to throw up in her car and leave stains so I tried to catch it in my hands. LOL. But most of it just got on my shirt. Talk about gross!!!! And to some…. This may not be that embarrassing, but it was to me because this was the first time I hung out with them and I didn’t want them to think I couldn’t handle my liquor cause I’m a soldier! LOL. My tolerance is better than some dudes I know… I just need to party that shit off! LMAO

I’m not going to do any dares, cause I seem to always have picture problems, so for the remainder of the game, I’m going to chose truth. So if there is something that you want me to answer… just hit it up in the comment section or in my cbox to the left. (Yes.. I finally got one. LOL) Also, put whatever you want from me (truth or dare) and then check back for your command.

I’m excited about October. I’m going to be really busy every weekend.

Next Friday, I’m going to see my sister’s play. Then that Saturday, I’m going to meet up with some bloggers: N1S, Missy, BK, Laa, and D. Dot (I know there are some others…) They’re coming in town for Howard’s Homecoming. Sunday, GTL and I will be heading to PA to his alma mater for a alumni basketball game.

The following Saturday, I’ll be meeting up with some more bloggers. This meet and greet is courtesy of Organized Noise for the purpose of Morgan’s Homecoming.

The last Saturday of the month, we’ll be back up to GTL’s school, for their homecoming. I didn’t participate in this many school activities when I was in school. LOL.

But the fun doesn’t stop there… I have something plan for each weekend in November too….

**********************************************************
Below the asterisks will be updates from the truth or dare game.

Honey Libra asked what was my 1st impression of GTL when I met him. Well when I 1st, 1st met him, I was 8. LOL. I thought, he could really play basketball. When I re-met him down the club, I was drunk, and when we exchanged numbers, I was thinking... I hope he's not trying to fuck me b/c that was like my big brother at basketball camp. You can check out our story here.

BlkButterfly asked what's the one thing you did in the past that you would change? and why? When I was 19, I got a tattoo of my then boyfriend's name on my arm. At the time I was in love, and had been for 4 years. I thought we were going to last forever. I regret doing that because now he and aren't together. I have a new man in my life that I love very dearly and I know it's hard for him to see another man's name on my arm. The size and location of it makes it difficult to get it covered. And to get it removed, will be costly... but I'm working on it.

Robert Mack asked me After Reading Serial Dater's blog would you still date him? and what the hell does TTD stand for? 1st question - no, I wouldn't. Not only because I have a boyfriend, but because 1) I don't think I want to be in one of his stories. 2) Just reading his stories makes me think that since his divorce, he's only after one thing. I'm done w/ the fuck-buddy stage.. I need more. 2nd question - It's my initials, but w/ my future husband's last initial. First name is Tiffany.. but I'm not giving out my whole government! LOL

MzNewAgenda asked If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live? If you could have any career in the world, what would you do? I would live in Italy. Venice to be exact. I just love the gondalas!! My ideal career is to be a housewife! LOL. So that I can spend my time volunteering for various charities. Now only if GTL gets his act together and goes overseas to play basketball.. it could all work out! LOL. Although I'm laughing.. I'm serious. I don't like working... I do currently like my current position.. but I much rather not have to work at all.

Ok... I did the polite throw up thing to. But I was on a date, and It was a mix of too much wine and he had shell fish for dinner and kissed me. So a I guess it was allergic reaction.

Any who.. I dont go to any of my homecomings, I dont know why I just dont. I may go to one this year, only if my brother goes as well.

    Enjoy your fun weekends.
