Yippee!!

I got my automatic starter!!!! Well… I been had it, it was just never installed. But it is now! So now on those brick cold mornings, all I have to due is press a button about 5 min before I’m ready to walk out the door and walla! When I get to my car it’s nice and warm. :-) Which I think I will definitely need this winter, cause if last weekend is any indication of how cold it’s going to be…..

I’m so happy! Fox got some sense and moved House back to 9PM. I really like house, but not better than NCIS. So once CBS started their lineup this season, I stopped watching House. I don’t know why these stations made so many changes to their lineups anyway… I had a schedule last year of what shows to watch on what day at what time. Thursday was one of my favorite days…. I had Will & Grace, CSI, and Without a Trace. Now all I have is CSI.

According to GTL, I was supposed to go to this bar crawl last night for Halloween. For those like me that don’t know what that is, it’s bar hopping, but you’re so drunk that you have to “crawl” to the next bar. I didn’t remember saying I was going…. So I didn’t. After class last night, I was too tired to go anywhere but my bed and watch my shows. But he and his friends had a good time.

It’s November, and tied with July…. This is my broke month. So many birthdays!! I decided a long time ago that I only do birthdays for my friends, not Christmas… but I never expected so many of my friends to have birthdays in the same month: GTL, Kween, TE, Nikki…. Not to mention my cousins – I have 4 of them…. Along with my grandmother. I think I’m more broke in November and July than I am in December for Christmas! And it doesn’t help that GTL and I have something planned for every weekend in this month. Oh well… I’ll be ok.

Bar crawling? I'll pass. I don't watch much TV so I can't say much on that. I hear and read many people talk about House tho'. I only have 3 b-day in Nov that are worthy of gift giving and 2 of them were born today...my great aunt and my childs father. My mom's is mid month and that's were ALL my money goes! LOL

I'm about to get rid of my car but best believe an auto car starter is a must have for the next vehicle. A friend has one and I be so jealous when his car is all warm and toasty and I'm still sitting in mine waiting for it to warm up...dayum near frozen!!!

Never watched House...gotta check it out!

I love house, haven't watch NCIS......Girl you need to invest in tivo....that way you can get 2 shows recorded at the same time...and watch a 3rd on a diff TV....

As for Christmas shopping...i tell my friends every year, we aint exchanging gifts...and i don't buy for their kids either...my friends have 2 many kids, i'd go broke tryna buy them stuff.....Since I'm without man, all i buy for is my mom, saves me a lot of money.....

And as for Bday's only my 2 close girlfriends and my mom get gifts....the girlfriends get drinks all nite....for mom it varies

I FEEL YOU!!! I'm broke too. My sister's bday was last week, then all those names you mentioned. I don't think I'll be able to do BIG gifts this Christmas anyway (secret santa anyone???) b/c I wanna pay all my bills so I don't have to worry about them when I'm away in N.O.

Ok, I've got three car starters! J, JN and C LOL. I make my daughters go out and start the car up before I leave in the morning. But at work it would be nice to have if I wasn't parking so far.

I don't wait until any specific day to give my family and friends gifts. I try to appreciate them all year round. That way I spend when there are sales.

n1s - tivo is on my christmas list! lol. ncis is along the lines of csi.. but for the navy.. only kids i buy for is my godson.. i have a few friends that i buy for.. not all of them

te - i don't do christmas.. at all.. and i aint mad if u dont get me anything either :-) cause i had lunch on you for my bday

laa - i dont have kids.. so im not that fortunate in the morning... so i had to get one!

I keep the car in my garage AND I have my son start it up. One of the perks of having a kid.

I love NCIS. I have my schedule too and the networks juggled everything around and screwed it up big time. Even Tivo can't catch all the slack.

My broke months seems to be March and May. Hey, I have a birthday coming up in November and July. Do I get anything? LOL!

We went on a bar crawl our senior year at Mason and we had a blast..we were TORN UP walking up and down the street good thing they had shuttles LOL...I LOVE HOUSE!!!! I'm glad someone knocked his cane over though last night hahah

I know what you mean about having broke months. My broke months are October and December. I can't wait for January. I think I overdue it for Christmas some years, but the looks on peoples faces when they open their gifts makes it worth it.

I keep hearing that "House" is a good show. I wanna watch it sometime and see for myself.

I love House but I dont get to watch it much. I like the self start on my truck. It is a wonderful thing. I am known to go all out for birthdays but not this year.
